Quick questions about the portal.

• What is the service Portal?
  • The service portal allows you to request service online and track your service as it happens.
• How do I login?
  Currently if you have had service with us in the past and we had your e-mail address your username is your e-mail and so is your password.
• How do i sign up?
  • Please call us or e-mail us to schedule your first service and we will get you set up at that time.
• How do i change my password?
  • Once you login you will se a link called "Personalize" click that link
  • this will open a new window
    • there will be a tab called "Change Password", click that
    • enter your old password then a new one but DO NOT use any financial institution passwords.
