.: Hourly Rate

Our hourly rate is $35.00 per hour. All onsite work will have a minimum of 1 full hour of work billed.

.: Virus removal levels

1	imaging a computer without backup of data
2	Scan computer with multiple scanners and confirm the computer is back to working state and update antivirus
3	imaging a computer with backup and scanning of backed up data (hourly rate is for the backing up of data)

.: Warranty

Sorry, but there is no warranty offered on services. However if there is a problem that arises from the work that was preformed, we will try to fix it to the best of our ability. The only exception is that viruses they will be fixed at the hourly rate.
