Our initial phone consultation with clients is free. This is where you tell us what your issues are with your computer. For example: “My computer is running much more slowly than it used to,” “I think my computer has a virus,” “I need a new computer,” “I can’t get a particular program to work right,” etc. We will then discuss with you how we propose to address your issues.
When we conclude this phone conversation, you will have a verbal proposal of what we propose to do, as well as an estimate of how much it will cost and when we will have the work completed. If you decide to employ us, the proposal and estimate will be provided in an e-mail to ensure complete communication of expectations and commitments.

At the top of your screen you will see a URL with a 9 digit ID we will need this to connect to your computer.
